Amazingly, I’m in control again. When I left I felt so much negative energy leave my body.

To answer your question: Your session was a blessing for me emotionally and physically. At the time everything was raw and bleeding. Since then, I’m in control and accepting. Breathwork WORKS!!!

I had an incredible experience with Kendra as my coach working through some childhood trauma that was affecting my work and personal relationships. Recently, years later, she offered me to come and do some breath work after losing my mom. I wanted to let go of some of the energy that was stuck around my childhood and feelings towards my mom and just be able to, see my mom as a person and not as an alcoholic. After one session of the breath work I felt an immediate release and relief. I didn’t realize how much energy I had that needed to be released. The breath work that I did with Kendra was in a word cathartic. I left the session already feeling lighter. And that continued several weeks afterwards and I still feel the effects even months later. I highly recommend doing this work if you’re ready to remove energy that you don’t even know you’re holding on to. Think of it as saging your body from the inside out. Kendra has always offered me a safe space to be able to be completely vulnerable and authentic and in that session it served me immensely.
